Lontong of Chicken


Justify FullMaterials:
300 grams of rice
700 ml of water
1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
6 red onions, thinly sliced
Banana leaves for wrapping
Cooking oil to taste

Material contents:
200 g minced chicken
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 leek, sliced finely
2 tree basil, siangi

Managing way:

Creating content:
1. Saute garlic until wilted.
2. Add the chicken.
3. Stir until the color changes.
4. Season denagn salt, pepper, scallions, and basil leaves.
5. Stir until cooked.

Creating lontong:
1. Saute onion using approximately 4 tablespoons of cooking oil, until fragrant.
2. Boil water until boiling.
3. Enter the rice into boiling water, stirring until absorbed.
4. Add the onion and saute 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, mix well.
5. Spoon half-cooked rice on banana leaves earlier and add content.
6. Roll up and pin both ends.
7. Steam for 25 minutes, until cooked.
