Curried meatballs


Materials:

250 grams of chicken meat, minced (meat ball ingredients)
1 egg white grain (meat ball ingredients)
1 / 2 teaspoon salt (material meatballs)
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper powder (meat ball ingredients)
1 / 4 teaspoon nutmeg powder (meat ball ingredients)
1 tablespoon fried shallots, knead (meat ball ingredients)
5 tablespoons oil (sauce ingredients)
6 spring onions, sliced thin (soup ingredients)
1 tablespoon curry powder (materials sauce)
400 cc coconut milk (soup ingredients)
1 teaspoon salt (material gravy)
4 green chilli, sliced oblique (sauce ingredients)
200 grams potatoes, peeled, cut a 6, fries (gravy ingredients)

Managing way:

Meat Ball Making:
Combine chicken, egg whites, salt, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, fried onion, mix well, then take 1 teaspoon dough, form into spheres, set aside.

Make a sauce:
heat oil, saute onion and green pepper until tender, then add curry powder and salt, mix well

Enter the coconut milk, stir well, cook until boiling, then enter the meatballs, reduce heat and cover, cook until the meat changes color and the sauce thickens.

Add the potatoes that are deep fried, stir well, cook until done.
