Spicy sour crab


Materials:
3 tails crab big
4 cm lengkoas, crushed
4 leeks, chopped
Orange juice 2, take the water
1 stalk lemongrass
2 lime leaves
500 ml of water
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon salt
50 ml cooking oil

Spices are blended:
12 pieces of red chilli
5 pieces of red onion
50 grams of white walnut

Managing way:

1. Boiled crab.
2. Open shell gills cleaned and cut into 4 parts.
3. Boil water, put the blended spices, crab and salt.
4. Saute lengkoas, lemongrass and lime leaves in cooking oil until fragrant.
5. Enter the fish sauce and scallions, saute for a while, lift.
6. Enter a stir in the crab stew.
7. Reduce the heat to absorb the seasonings.
8. Before being put orange juice.
9. Serve warm.
