Tempe Mendoan

Ingredients :
500 gr tempe mendoan special200 gr flour350 ml waterSalt to taste2 stalks scallion, thinly slicedOil for frying
Spices:4 cloves garlic4 spring onions1 tsp coriander1 cm kencur
Method:1. Mix the flour with ground spices, water and leeks, stirring2. Prepare the oil over medium heat3. Dip the tempeh in flour, fried golden brown, occasionally reversed4. Remove, drain and serve warm

Cork Grilled Fish

Ingredients :

Ingredients :
