Crispy Fried Chicken

Ingredients :
A male chicken, cut into 4 partsDilute 500 ml coconut milk2 bay leaves lbr2 stalk lemongrass, crushed
Spices:8 cloves garlic4 shallots4 BTR hazelnut1 / 2 tbsp coriander1 teaspoon salt
Material Kremes:350 ml of water chicken stew3 tablespoons rice flour
Method:1. Boil chicken with coconut milk, spices, bay leaves, lemon grass and salt and cook until cooked. Remove chicken and drain.2. Take the chicken 350 ml water, add rice flour and stir well.3. Dip chicken into flour mixture, then fry in hot oil until browned, remove from heat.4. Fried dough with flour, pour little by little while stirring, stirring, cooking until browned, remove and drain.5. Serve chicken with sauce sprinkled Kremes and complete and fresh vegetables.
