Pecel

Is the typical food Pecel Madiun East Java Indonesia made of vegetable stew of spinach, bean sprouts, long beans, basil, leaves turi, krai (a type of cucumber) or other vegetables are served with a sauce poured pecel. The concept is similar pecel dish with a salad for the Europeans, namely the flushing fresh vegetables mayonnaise topping. Just for pecel is peanut sauce. The main ingredient of chilli pecel is peanuts and cayenne pepper mixed with other ingredients such as lime leaves, onion, sour Java, pepper and salt. Pecel often served with peanut peanut brittle, peanut brittle plates of shrimp or rice. Also pecel also usually served with warm white rice plus chicken or jerohan. Ways could serve in a plate or in a folded leaf called pincuk. These dishes like gado-gado, although there are differences in the materials used. Materials

- 50 g bean sprouts
- 100 g kale, cut into pieces
- 50 g cabbage, sliced
- 50 g green beans

Peanut sauce

- 250 g peanuts, fried
- 3 cloves garlic, fry briefly
- 2 lime leaves
- A kencur
- 3 tablespoons tamarind juice
- 2 red chillies
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
- 5 small chilli fruit


How to make

1. crushed peanuts that have been fried with garlic, lime leaves, kencur, chili and chili.
2. After fine enter acidic water, sugar and salt. Mix well.
3. Add the hot water into the seasoning pecel.
4. Serve. Sprinkle with fried onions.
