Stew Meat

Ingredients :
300 grams of meat cut into thin2 potatoes cut into 4 pcs1 / 4 red onion, finely chopped1 tsp garlic finelyOne vertebra crushed ginger1 tomato cut into rough3 tablespoons soy sauceSugar, salt and pepper to taste
