Ingredients :
3 red chillies (sliced)4 spring onions (sliced)4 garlic (sliced)1 small tomato1 teaspoon shrimp pasteHalf wheat brown sugarSalt to tasteLimo orange, squeezed
Method:1. Fried shrimp over medium heat, using a little oil (not too long).2. Fried tomatoes (with the same process as shrimp paste), until slightly wilted.3. Fried chillies, garlic, red onion with the same process until slightly wilted.4. Grind all the ingredients.5. Serve.
