Cork Grilled Fish

Ingredients :
A fish tail cork (@ ± 1 kg)3 tablespoons cooking oil6 pcs shallots5 red chillies2 pcs tomatoes1 teaspoon salt
Chili sauce (puree):10 red chillies2 pcs red onion10 pcs vegetable tomato1 teaspoon brown sugar1 teaspoon salt
Method:1. Clean fish, remove droppings, wash and put aside.2. Puree the onion, red pepper, tomato, and salt, coat the entire surface of the fish, let stand for 15 minutes.3. Grill fish over charcoal coals until cooked through and fragrant, served with sambal.
