Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients :
1 packet gelatin powder white400 ml of liquid milk50 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped2 tablespoons granulated sugar1 egg yolk, beaten3 egg whites
Complement:Sauce Vanilla / ChocolateShaved chocolate
Method:-Cook gelatin, milk, chocolate, granulated sugar over medium heat until hot.-Take seidkit dough, mix with egg yolks, pour back into the hot mixture.-Cook until boiling. Lift.-Beat the egg whites until fluffy and rise.-Pour hot gelatin mixture gradually while stirring constantly until well blended.-Pour into molds. Allow it to freeze.-Refrigerate until cold.-Serve with complementary.
